They have spayed 2 of my cats and were great with scheduling. In our most recent spaying of our cat, we did have a small unforeseen complication 2 days after surgery so we took her to our regular vet as they had an immediate appointment and I am not a regular client of midvale. Easily solved by an antibiotic. We called midvale to inform them. They were so nice and understanding, apologized like human beings, and offered us to bring her there. I was a little hostile as I’m a protective pet parent. They remained calm, showed genuine care, and wanted to solve it however they could. Things happen but it’s how you handle them. They are the best! Everytime we need them, Everytime we call they are there for us! From our little guys to or big kids ! The front desk staff is amazing , it impresses me that with all the people they talk to they remember your name and animals when you cal without hesitation. Makes you feel special.
Always there for you! Lisa is super smart and dependable. Great with my horses. I would give her more than 5 stars! Also have used the clinic for dogs and cats as well. Excellent service at the clinic and at home.
