East-nor cell pool company installed our septic and cell pools when we moved into our home. We live in a hilly area and the work had to be done with precision. Now as we replace retaining walls, East-nor is assisting us with this project as well. They have been super responsive to our call, came the next day as promised and will make the modifications to the pools to accommodate the new retaining walls. Highly recommended!

We've been dealing with a number of untrustworthy cesspool companies, all of whom seem to charge exorbitant fees, don't fully pump the cesspool, and cause other issues. A plumber recommended East-Nor and we honestly could not be happier--Chris and Jennifer were so polite and friendly. The charge was exactly what we were quoted. Chris took his time answering my numerous questions, recommending other contractors for a related issue, and did an excellent job. I've been using East Nor for over 20 years and they do a great job. Chris is incredibly careful with the lawn when he locates the cesspool and when he's done. The service itself is handled impeccably. You can tell this is a company that takes pride in its work -- just look how the truck gleams! Price is competitive and even if it were a bit above, the trust factor outweighs the cost. I trust my cesspool to East Nor.
