    Callie has been going to Mindy and Jordan since she was a pup. Could not recommend Canine Canal more! Mindy does her absolute best to accommodate us with any boarding request / grooming that is asked within a reasonable timeframe. She has always given us the peace of mind that our girl is safe and cared for under her supervision! Thank you so much for the best service Canine Canal!

    Took my 10 year old labradoodle for a grooming last week, and she looks amazing! She went in a matted mess, and came out looking like a princess! My son thought perhaps I'd brought back the wrong dog! I would highly recommend Canine Canal for your dog grooming! Hopefully I can post before and after pix. ? Thank you so much!

    Best experience, my two dogs went for nail trims. My female normally carries on like she is getting killed (she is very dramatic), and this time, she didn't even make a peep. So ? happy.

Mindy began her career as a groomer in 2011 while living in Texas. Upon returning to New York 2013 she worked at as an assistant at Valley Vet in Unadilla before becoming the Salon manager at Petco in Oneonta. Mindy continued to advance her career while at Petco including mentoring several new groomers. In 2016, she opened her own grooming business. Since her business opening Mindy has earned certificates in Brushing and Bathing, Pet First Aid & CPR, Infectious Disease Management, and AKC S.A.F.E Handling, while also being recognized as an AKC S.A.F.E Groomer and having an AKC S.A.F.E. Salon. She has also become a member of The American Kennel Club, and the American Professional Pet Groomers Association.
