Have been getting service for almost 14 years - must admit the choices are very limited in the area so literally have been keeping service because there is no other alternative. The cleaning is very mediocre. Basically wipe surfaces and mop the floor. The will not pickup anything or move anything to clean underneath. We literally remove almost every thing from the surfaces every time and still the house looks barely clean. We have even printed the company's cleaning check list and the cleaners are doing less than half of the items. The cleaners keep changing. They never take responsibility. When we first had Marry Maids come to the house to clean, they did a decent job--although a somewhat superficial clean. Over the years the better workers seemed to leave, replaced by workers less motivated. A few times we'd have two cleaners show up and depart within 40 minutes. Not much had been done. Stopped using them.
