Glen Martin and the other gentlemen were so helpful. They are problem solvers, we could not be more happy.When we called to pay our invoice, however, the receptionist was rude. Surprising considering how helpful and nice everyone else we spoke to was. (I will add we paid in full just two days after receiving it in the mail.)We would highly recommend Martins for all you heating repair needs. Used their services quite a few times and the people who have come out have been wonderful.My only complaint and reason why i didnt use them last time is their receptionist is not friendly. I have heard this from others too. When you are having an issue, this is not how you want to be treated.Services: Water heater repair

We called martins because our furnace quit working and everywhere around charges an arm and a leg. I believe his name was Al, showed up in ten minutes and got our heat working within the hour! Super friendly, felt like a good friend was visiting and with us being new homeowners he settled our minds and showed us everything he did and how to fix it for future needs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
