I had an appointment with Sara, and at first some difficulties arose due to the unfamiliarity with my short lashes, but she was super quick to arrange another appointment just so I would feel happy with my end results. She was very nice, and cared about each clients’ experiences and lashes. My lashes came out great. She understood what I wanted and succeeded in the end. I already have my weekly fill appointment set up, I will definitely go back! The service was fast, the people were professional, yet caring, and the place was beautiful and clean! As a college student, I’ve been looking for a good lash spa in Oswego, and other places don’t compare with prices and services. Try Sonabella before anywhere else, you won’t be disappointed!“

“I booked a 60-minute Signature Facial with Abby. It was probably one of the best facials I've ever had. She was very knowledgeable and proficient and the facial left me glowy and relaxed. I thought the price was reasonable for the service, compared to other local pricing (I'd say mid-range to high, but worth it). The location is convenient, the spa interior is very serene and quiet. I've also had a massage here (it was good) but I'd highly recommend a facial with Abby!“
