My current dog growls at every new person, but did not growl at Mallory because of her calm demeanor. I made the mistake of taking her to another local groomer once when Mallory was full, and I walked in on the other groomer being borderline abusive to another dog, and my dog looked terrible. It’s not at all like that here - Mallory is excellent.“
