Amy at the front desk has been a constant, welcoming presence for as long as I’ve been bringing my pets in. She always makes you feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely important the moment you walk through the door. Amy clearly cares about both you and your pets, and she helps make every visit feel smoother and less stressful by guiding you through the process with ease. She’s attentive, funny, and consistently in tune with what you need, which makes a real difference in what can often be a stressful experience.
Drs & esp techs have all been great with our dogs. Amy & staff are always on the ball. Fair prices considering the cost of living here. A very busy practice but worth the occasional long waits.
Best vet in the area in my opinion. I been to most of them and am extremely impressed with how well North Country operates especially considering they do not turn patients away if they can help it. The long wait times and high prices are 100% worth it because of the unmatched quality of care they provide. They're truly love animals and will care for yours as if they are their own and do so without judgment.
