I sent my computer here as games weren't running well. 2 weeks later they removed the chip and highly improved my computer's performance.
I brought my old laptop in to replace the CPU. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgable, helped clarify the problem and kept me updated on the status of parts etc. & I got the machine back in perfect working order, for a reasonable cost.
