I went there with neck and shoulder pain and feel so much better after a 60-min session. I have much more range of motion now. This is the place to go if your body hurts and you need help. It’s not a luxury spa, it’s more of therapeutic experience. So as long as you don’t mind a little outside noise, this place is great! And prices are amazing.

BEST massage. Really helped me and she (Emi?) was very knowledgeable about where I needed help and what to do. I would say that if you're looking for more of a consultation like a physical therapist this might not be for you. I wouldn't call it gentle but very effective, high quality, professional. They know their stuff and it's a great value ($30 for 1/2 hr). Will start going more often now that I know they can help me so much. Was a walk-in and they were super welcoming.
