It was clear from their ideas and suggestions that they were both knowledgeable and very experienced, and their references spoke highly of their work over the past 30 years. I appreciated their timely communication, their professionalism in each detail while our project was being completed, and the knowledge and resources they shared while working on our home project. Franklin/Prestige were incredible communicators from the outset. They sent out questionnaires that helped clarify the specific details of our bathroom renovation and created a very clear plan as to what we would expect. They listened to our concerns and incorporated these into the plan. Then the work began. I was home for most of it and it was nearly noiseless but for the demo day, and that was not even that loud. The team cleaned up every evening before leaving, which reduced any dust--by contrast a different renovation with another company required weeks of constant cleaning. Not so here, only light dusting.
