I highly recommend Manuel Z Painting for several reasons. We hired Manuel to paint the exterior of our two story home. Manuel was on time on the very first day and continued to arrive on time for the full two weeks he worked on our home. He was neat and organized in his work and meticulous in his attention to detail. There was no request we made during the project that Manuel or his workers didn't agree to and the additional tasks were done with excellence and care. I Highly recommend Manuel Z Painting! Over the past 15 years or so Manny Has painted the entire exterior of my house, several interior rooms, found and fixed leaks in my roof, refinished my kitchen cabinets, replaced trim on my house, rebuilt refinished my kitchen cabinets, replaced trim on my house, rebuilt my entire deck and balcony. Manny is extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and very polite! His work is impeccable and he always leaves my property neat and clean upon finishing a project.
