I've had dry cleaning come back I didn't remember was damaged, and they had made repairs no cost no questions asked, informing me on pickup. Another time we discussed a repair at drop-off and they offered extremely fair pricing arrangements. There is nothing I wouldn't trust them to handle. “I’ve been going to them for years for all sorts of things that needed to be fixed such as cheer uniforms, clothes etc but this year I took my prom dress as it needed quite a few alterations. They did phenomenal with my dresses alterations. I had to take the sides of the bottom in a little bit to fix this part that supposed to look like pleading which was originally too big when I first got my dress in and it was just too baggy, and I had to have a bit of the top taken in (which was a mesh/sheer material) so it fit more snug and I had to have the straps pulled up a little bit, and he hemmed the front of my dress so I’m not stepping on it. Everything was done perfectly and at a great price. Cannot recommend them enough!! I included the before and after in my review !“

“New to the area and was in search of a new dry cleaner. Van Tassel was convenient, cost effective and great work. I got 4 items dry cleaned, a jumpsuit, skirt and 2 shirts. Came out to about $44, not bad! Also was done within the week if you need a quick turnaround. I also had a pair of pants taken in at the wait, almost a whole size smaller. The seamstress did a great job and the pants are like new! Would definitely recommend her if you need anything adjusted. Overall, would definitely recommend for your dry cleaning or alternation needs.“

I brought my wedding dress here for alterations and the staff treated me like family, taking extreme care and attention to my preferences and needs, especially for the amount of alterations being done to the dress. “I'd like to give a shout out to Y&S Cleaners in Nyack. Gave them a beautiful antique lace baptism dress to see if they could make the lace white again. The dress was made from the lace of the child's great grandmothers wedding dress and passed down to each generation. They finished it quite quickly and it looked amazing. I generally avoid giving negative reviews as I feel constructive criticism should be positive in nature. I tried other dry cleaners for various things around the Rt 59 corridor and have not been satisfied until I found Y&S. I will be recommending this business to all my neighbors.“
