Great experience all around. The salesman Kynan was very personable and not pushy at all. He explained the different options, credits and programs available to us. The office staff were friendly. They called to verify start time, called during the project and after it was done to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The work crew was on time, professional and respectful of our home and yard. They worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned up after. When the job was done we did a walk around inspection and were advised that our final bill was being adjusted to a lower amount as we had sufficient insulation in one part of our finished attic bedroom. Home built in the 1950’s, lacked proper insulation. Decided to use USA Insulation. Job went quick, day and a half. Crew did an excellent job of cleanup. After almost a year we are seeing substantially lower gas bills. They are almost half the usage and our home is much more comfortable at a lower thermostat temperature. The furnace is running less frequently. Highly recommend.
