Went into Ulta today, and I had no idea what to get my niece for her Birthday, and a young girl named Arianna helped me find the perfect gift for her. She was very sweet and kind and I appreciated her help and kindness

I love Ulta especially this location. Everytime im here, the employees greet me & are always so friendly! They constantly ask if i need any help. Very refreshing seeing such pleasant employees because these days, you dont see that often at many places. Thank you!

Amazing service! Lead cashier Sam, was the best and extremely helpful. We watched her attempt to satisfy a woman who was upset about a return policy that she “didn’t know about” (or perhaps just didn’t read). Sam was very respectful when dealing with the difficult and disruptive customer; giving options but to no avail as the customer couldn’t get what she wanted . I will be sure to come back to this location again. I wish I could hire a Sam for a business of my own!
