I am an avid runner and needed someone to help me with chronic hip tightness. Rachel not only helped my hip issue, but gave me exercise recommendations to help prevent the issue from coming back. I am 100% satisfied with my service and will recommend to all my running friends.

I had a terrific experience with Rachel. She is extremely knowledgeable including a background in sports and athletic training. She includes dynamic stretching and other techniques to truly support healing and release, taking time to explain what is happening in the body. I appreciate her knowledge of fascia and taking time to distinguish between muscular and fascial tissue causes of pain and tension. I love that you can request appointments online which allow one to book after hours.

Very calming and welcoming environment. I had a massage with Kayla and would highly recommend. She knew just the right amount of pressure to use and was able to relieve my neck and shoulder tension/ tightness. I left the appointment feeling extremely relaxed and in a better mood. It is a very calm, quiet and relaxing environment. I would highly recommend and will plan on going back in the future.
