Target Optical, located at 5622 Amanda Ln, offers a unique combination of quality eye care, fashion, affordability, and a fun shopping experience. The opticians, including Susan and Sue, are highly praised for their excellent customer service, helping customers choose frames that fit their needs and budgets. They are also knowledgeable about the products, including top brands like Ray-Ban and Oakley, and are thorough in explaining the warranty information. The store offers a 90-day unconditional guarantee on its quality lenses, and an annual eye exam is recommended to take care of one's eyes. Overall, Target Optical provides a great value and a wonderful customer experience, making it a popular choice for customers.
Monica Moore is the most professional and knowledgeable optical technician that I have ever dealt with. Her insightful knowledge and patience were extraordinary. She is definitely top notch in the customer service realm. Do not hesitate to work with her at the Orchard Park Target Optical Center.
I have never been to a Target Optical before. After trying several optical companies, I gave target a try & I was extremely pleased. The staff was very friendly & professional.
My husband and I are very pleased with our experience at the Target Optical, Orchard Park location with Dr. Weiner. Firstly, it can be difficult scheduling an eye appointment in the area with good flexibility and ease. So, being able to hop on Target’s website to schedule an appointment same-day that worked for my husband’s varying work schedule was painless and convenient. Secondly, the Doctor took his time at the appointment and gave us a great experience — he saw us immediately, addressed all our concerns, and was kind. Definitely a great experience at Target Optical!
