He's very professional and prompt, communicates well with us and answers all our questions including describing the processes and pros/cons, provides thorough reports and very helpful recommendations, he quickly handled an ant problem and ground bee problem for us; very happy with the service.
I called in for a service in between treatments and received the most, atypically, fantastic service. They answered the phone right away. They were polite, pleasant and eager to help. They sent a tech over the next day. The communication with the tech beforehand and afterwards was spot on. Unfortunately, there are not many places who give such superior customer service.
When I called and scheduled my service, Conner was great and explained everything about their services in detail. Then Cassius was assigned as my technician as was even more thorough in explaining the service and educating me on what to look for if I do have a pest problem. Will definitely be calling them in the future if I have any other pest problems.
