I had a really bad experience five years ago with a dentist so I was really nervous....better smiles staff was awesome!!! They are caring and mental. They don't judge and they took time to explain everything and how best to proceed. I loved them!!!

I have been a patient since 2019. Jake at Better Smile is a caring dental hygienist. He is the one I had been seeing. All of the other hygienists in the past were all nice and professional. They also have a very clean office. Unfortunately I had an emergency. They were unable to take me. I had to see my dentist from the past who doesn't carry my insurance. I was told I needed 2 teeth pulled and also had an abycess. They drained the abycess but I figued Better Smile would do the rest. I scheduled for the end of August. They called to tell me a dentist would not be in till November and also a dentist would only be there one day a week going forward. I couldnt wait till...read full review

My daughter and I are new to the area and were lucky enough to be referred to Better Smile of WNY in Orchard Park. Julie at the front desk was friendly and efficient. She notified me about a cancellation right away, so we were able to conveniently move our appointments up (together!). We also had the great pleasure of meeting Jake, dental hygienist extraordinaire! He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and gentle.....BEST cleaning I've ever had. And his warmth, humor and passion made me not want to leave the chair (he's THAT good :). Clearly Jake loves his job and his clients. Looking forward to my next appointment!
