I have been a patient for years and absolutely love Dr. Accetta and staff . I’ve had a few skin cancer surgeries and also some fillers on my face . The waiting area is comfortable and yes at times there may be a wait but the care is worth it also the doctor and PAs are totally thorough
It's always a crapshoot when it comes to who I'll be dealing with in this practice. For those who wish to be treated by a medical doctor, look elsewhere. Dr. Accetta is MIA--I've visited more than a half-dozen times and have never ever seen him in the office, much less as a patient. Instead, I've dealt with a revolving door of PA's whose levels of competence varied widely. On a positive note, the LPN's and reception desk staff are usually pretty good, despite there being a very high degree of staff churn.
Doctors are fine. Staff however made my dad's appt very inconvenient,esp because it's difficult getting him places. Arrived to appt on time. Realized he left his ID and insurance card at home. Had a screen shot of info but it was refused. Asked if I could run home and get his ID and insurance card and they said yes. When I returned they told me my dad could not be seen now for another hour and a half.Took 3 weeks to get this appt so we waited. I could not take home home in wheel chair to come back in that time span. I dont know how ID cards like car insurance and covid vaccine cards can be viewed on a phone but not a license or insurance card. We wrre vety annoyed
