This morning I hobbled into Southside barely able to walk, breathe or move without excruciating pain. I had taken a muscle relaxer in the very early hours of the morning and it did not even touch the pain. The fact I went to that extreme is telling. I NEVER take meds for anything unless it’s serious. The pain started somewhat suddenly at the end of my work day yesterday. I honestly felt like I was going to have to cancel my whole day to figure out how to patch myself back together.
After she listened to my issues, she was careful to work with me at my comfort level. I was able to walk out without anywhere near the level of intensity of pain with which I walked in. She saved my day which made my clients thankful too!
