In emergency situations, they provide prompt and courteous assistance, even offering complimentary repairs for previous patients. With their remarkable service, they have saved the day for many, including out-of-town visitors in urgent need of new glasses.
This place is amazing! After dealing with that horrendous vision works in Scotia, my roommate recommended this place, as it's the one he goes to and I was instantly impressed by them. Very thorough, informative, friendly, clean. There were so many tests that they performed that visionworks didn't do and vision works definitely should take note of this place and learn how to be better at eye care.
After breaking my glasses today, I had to make an emergency stop at Oneonta Optical. They were extremely friendly and able to fix my frames within minutes of walking in. Although I am a previous patient of theirs, I have not been in to the office for some time. This did not matter as they were courteous enough to repair my frames free of charge. Thanks again for the generosity! Amazing service.
I came up to NY from Georgia to visit family, and unfortunately lost my only pair of glasses. The great people at Oneonta Optical were able to get me a new pair within an hour! They saved the day because I would not have been able to make the 14 hour drive back without them. Thanks so much, you guys saved the day! Highly recommeded!
