Today was my first time here for a massage, and it did not disappoint. The massage was great, I left feeling amazing. The atmosphere was relaxing as well, I very much look forward to going back.

I wanted to try rolfing because my mobility and pain levels after double knee replacement were agonizing. Kristin accepted my initial hesitancy and allowed me to try sessions at my comfort level to see if I had actual results. She is not only helping me walk again with much less pain, but is happy to share her wisdom and answer many of my questions. If enhanced circulation and drug free pain reduction are what you need, Kristen’s work is truly magical to help you achieve these goals.

Very professional approach to massage. Kristen is using effective protocol for COVID-19. I felt safe from the virus in her office. Her massage technique addressed my areas of discomfort and definately helped to ease the pain and numbness I was having in my neck and hands.

I specialize in Ashiatsu, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Corporate Chair Massage, and Rolfing®. I try to accommodate everyone ASAP with an appointment, usually within the same week and often within a day or 2 if it is urgent. If you have an off hours urgent care situation or need me to come back to the office in the evening or weekend due to your schedule I will do my best to accommodate you.
