I was able to make a last minute appointment & only had to wait 10 minutes. Theres a lot of complaints about the wait but they are a family run business which I think makes up for the time it may take to be seen. I really enjoyed my experience bc both the gentlemen who did my pedicure & acrylics were extremely friendly & made good conversation. The owner had a great relationship with other customers who were coming in & leaving which felt like a big family! T, the owner is the only person I trust with my nails. The rest of the crew is good as well but T has a way of knowing exactly what you want with little to no instructions. I come in with just colors picked out and he does the rest and they're always fire. Friendly and fun environment as well always cracking jokes and laughing.
