We asked before making an appointment if they were wheelchair accessible, they said they were they did not say that I would need to be able to transfer for the exam. So we get there unload go in and get told they could only see me if I could transfer.
What a total waste of our time and gas and their optometrist's time.

Worst service I’ve experienced from any medical facility. The lady at the front desk is extremely rude. They are unorganized and require and appointment even to get a print out of your prescription. I drove 2 hrs to get there and they couldn’t give it to me, but they could print it then and mail it?? I highly suggest going to Visionworks. It is by far the better option

Does not open on time, then lies to your face about when they unlock the door. Horrible secretary. Doesn't answer the phone well past the time they open, then makes you reschedule because supposedly YOU'RE the one who was late. VERY snotty, interrupts, doesn't listen and slams glass divider in your face.Doctor seems to be a good doctor, but does not do anything about his rude and snotty secretary.
