I’ve had one fabulous experience here and one absolutely terrible experience the latter of which, was yesterday. Basically paid a $40 copay to be told I had a cyst on my eye which is ridiculous. I would never go to convenient care on a gosh darn Sunday for a cyst!!!! The PA did not listen to a word I was saying. I was told to apply warm compresses and now my infection has spread. I’m trying to get an appointment for my own doctor and was told I can’t be seen till the end of September for a sick visit! How the hell does that help anyone?!?! The Bassett system is broken.

Was able to make a same day appointment on a Sunday afternoon. I was checked in, seen, and diagnosed within 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend Bassett Convenient Care Oneonta.

I have two cracked ribs.My PA was out of the country and I couldn't see him until June 17th.I visited the emergency room May 30th on the day of my accident. The attending doctor could only give me enough pain meds for the cracked ribs until about the 6th of June.I went to the Basset Convient Care and they were able to give me more meds.This was my first time going to Bassett Convient Care. Everyone from the receptionist to the PA was kind. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely go back again when I need medical care.
