Very quick and friendly responses, kept me updated with when he would be there and updates as he was working, and followed up with me to make sure all was working well and to answer any questions. Ethan did a fantastic job installing a ceiling light/fan in our second floor bedroom. Prior to this, there was no ceiling fixture of any kind, so it's made a tremendous difference in the functionality and aesthetics of the room. Ethan was wonderful to work with; he was professional, courteous, extremely responsive, and was a genuinely nice person to work with. The price of the install was right on target with our original quote and the cost was much less than other electricians I contacted.
