Urtz Service Company Inc. provides fast and reliable heating system repair, often scheduling and responding to emergencies quickly, including after-hours service. Urtz was fast in getting us scheduled. The tech was very polite and fixed the leak in our boiler that a different heating company missed. Their rate is very reasonable, a third of what the other company charged us. They also diagnosed the issues correctly and let us know what actually needed to be replaced (instead of just trying to sell us a new unit). We would recommend Urtz and will use them in the future.
Called them to help with an emergency heating situation one of my tenants was having (after two other people couldn't figure out the issue). They showed up so quickly...ordered the replacement part, and replaced it as soon as it came in! Gave me prices right up front! Couldn't ask for better service! Thank you!
Called and had to get after hours service but having heat was important for my family. They let me know the price upfront and took care of me the same day, the tech showed up in record time which made me happy right from the start. Called several other companies and they couldn’t come out right away (saying a day or more later). The tech Derrick was knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything in detail which was important to me.
