Jeff did an excellent job installing the new heater, however he left the old heater behind and never came back for it, despite promising to do so. The old heater is heavy, and I told him as much when I set the original appointment. But he didn't listen, and when he arrived he was in no way prepared to remove it. He even asked me if I had a dolly. It's been a month. Jeff doesn't contact me, unless it's in response to my queries. Unfortunate.

Was able to get a call back quickly, and an appointment. He was very friendly, and took care of the problem fast. Very considerate and careful to not leave a mess. Reasonable pricing for the work done. Highly recommend!
