We had a main water line break and flood several rooms in our house. The insurance company did nothing to help us, so I called Gary Heffron and he responded right away. He came out, assessed the damage and wrote up a very itemized quote for us to submit to our insurance adjuster. There should be no question now as to what needs to be done. My husband and I have rented from Gary for the past 3 years and our apartment was one to get hit by the tornado on Barlow St. After being displaced, Gary expeditiously replaced the roof that was blown off during the event. Like many of the residents on Barlow St we lost a great deal and the whole time Gary showed empathy and kindness in an effort to get us back into the apartment ASAP. My husband and I are both in education in a neighboring district and Gary has pulled out all the stops in an effort to get us back in before the start of the school year. I have rented from Gary for 12 years and he has always been there if I needed anything. I have an upper apartment on Barlow St. in Canastota and when the tornado came through the roof fell into the apartment and I was lucky to get out alive. Gary has helped me through this and has even offered me one of his other apartments. I have lost all my contents so I am writing this on my mothers computer and my name is Bruce.
