While appointments are recommended to minimize wait times, patience is appreciated due to high demand. The salon offers great prices for gel pedicures, and skilled technicians provide top-notch service, even accommodating clients with special needs.
This was my 1st time at Tip Top, I lived in a large city until recently, and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. My tech refined his work as he went and after the gel painting made sure to file the nails again and trim any stray cuticles or skin,attention to detail sorely needed by every other place I've ever been, definitely going back!
Cleanliness: I'm a nurse and overly observant @ all cleaning and hygiene in salons, I was very satisfied here.
Extremely impressed!!! Have always gotten my nails done in Hornell, and I’m very picky about who touches my nails (see all the horror stories ?) but was in today for a fill after 3.5 weeks-$45 with Gel and a $10 tip, had an appt for 3:30, was in at 3:27 and out by 4:05! Will definitely be coming back!! Thanks again!!!
