Doctor Rasey is a kind, patient guy and he's been doing this since before I was born. I'm in my forties. Oh, and he is extremely fair when it comes to what he charges. Good experience. ? ?
Dr.Rasey saved Oswald's life last year. Today he helped Loki with an upper respiratory infection. Personally, two cats now have been quickly and efficiently cared for, by Dr.Rasey, and I will be forever grateful. This man may not be very talkative, or personable but he has years of experience and affordable prices. Attached is a picture of my silly boys?
