Very fast service on 12/23/24. Within a half hour our problem was fixed (low water pressure). They were booked that day but made sure we were taken care of. Would highly recommend them!
Giving a shout out to Kellner water treatment for helping us out with our Rainsoft water treatment system!! Yes! I did say Rainsoft system, supposed to be serviced by All American Water treatment out of Erie PA; they used to be in Olean, but I think they left because they do not service their customers!! Worst customer service EVER!! I have been trying to get our system serviced for 3 months and I could not get it!! I finally called the main company and they said if I could get somebody else to service it, I could...I just have to use rainsoft parts to keep my warranty. I called Kellner!! So thankful for what they did!! First of all, I talked to Kyle and Jay who were both very attentive to my needs and Jay was able to get Shawn here within 3 hrs!! Shawn was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable!! He had our system and water pressure back to where it should be within an hour!! We will definitely be sticking with them to have our Rainsoft water treatment system serviced!! All American Water, owned by Mark Smith in Pennsylvania, can kiss my A** and I will be sure to spread the word about his arrogance and downright terrible business and customer service!! Highly recommend KELLNER WATER TREATMENT!! Thank you!! 😊🚰💦🚿
I just had a water filtration system put in and was very impressed with turn around- from the first quote request, to quoting, ordering the system and then install. the guys that came were professional and the system looks great! Thank you for a great experience!
