Great experience with Chris. Good communication, courteous, and fixed problem in less than 24 hours (and on a Saturday). I live out of state and had to ask him to correct a hefty leak/burst pipe with potential for more issues to arise from it for an elderly relative in the Shinglehouse area. He handled all of it in a timely and professional manner. Could not have asked for better service.
Chris was prompt, professional, and friendly. He made time to replace our leaking hot water tank on a Saturday, answered our questions, and seemed to really care about how the issue was affecting us. We highly recommend ASAP Plumbing!
