Everytime I go there its a different price for the same service. Very frustrating. Its hit or miss but a convenient place to go for a quick blow out or touch up. Stephen is always rude so I avoid him, shampoo is hit or miss but sometimes you luck out and get a good shampoo/massage, Nicole and Jackie are pretty good.
I went here for the first time - no appointment - I walked in and asked if I can get a haircut - they took my rights away- the woman who washed my hair awesome
The man who cut my hair asked if I had a photo of what I wanted- I showed him two photos and he did an awesome cut
I should have asked for the front to be alittle shorter as the top of my head grows faster

Walked in without an appointment for color and walked out with the exact shade I was looking for. In the past the shampoo massage was amazing however this time I was disappointed. It was fast and with little to no massage. I will go back for color again and hopefully the massage will be better.
