The hygienist is so delightful and kind. She was so patient and informative during both of my visits. During my first visit I had my toddler and she was having a fit and one of the hygienist and doctors came out to help soothe her. I thought that was so sweet. During my second visit one of the receptionist charged me without confirming with the hygienist. I had to call her after I left the dentist to confirm again that the procedure was not done. She was also rude over the phone and tried to blame the hygienist when I tried to clarify while I was still at the office. I would give this place 5 stars but one of the receptionist needs to work on her tone when speaking to the patients. Thankfully she is not the first face you see when you enter the building. She is the receptionist at the second entrance. Overall everyone else at this office is genuinely kind and super sweet. I'm glad I found this place for me and my family.

Another awesome experience at OFD. Been with Dr Rosenfeld for so long I have so much confidence with her. She is as always extremely gentle. More gentle than any other dentist I have experienced. The assistant was wonderful and very pleasant. I plan on being with OFD forever :)!

surprised to see a lot of negative reviews for this place. just has my second cleaning here & a cavity fill - great experience despite my terrible general anxiety towards dental work. my hygienist kayla was gentle and thorough, she also gave me a lot of helpful suggestions! dr rosenfeld quickly repaired my cavity and helped to calm my nerves. i'm really happy i found this dental office - they are always up front about costs & the front desk staff is very kind and accommodating.
