One patient, who experienced extreme shoulder pain due to arthritis from injured rotator cuffs, found hope and relief after visiting the clinic and working with their physical therapist, Russell. Another patient, recovering from major back surgery, praised the knowledge and assistance of their physical therapist, Jessica. The staff's expertise and accommodating nature were also highlighted by a patient who had recently injured their back and required urgent physical therapy. I went to Professional PT first in Sep. 2024 after a total knee replacement of my left knee. At that time, I met Jessica P.W. and Jess T. both are exceptional physical therapist who is dedicated to helping their patients attain their goals. Both have vast knowledge of physical therapy and rehabilitation which is evident in the personalized treatment plans that they create for each patient. Both are professional, courteous, and empathetic to my needs. Not only do you get PT there but both were Chicken soup for the mind with their wit, humor, and intelligent conversation! Very good care. Professional, clean and inviting clinic. Love all staff. PTs and very knowledgeable and as I am a PT myself, I am strict when finding someone to treat me and all my injuries. Glad I found them!
