We’ve been happy customers for over two years and we only wish we had discovered them sooner. The previous company had misdiagnosed an issue that led to numerous costly breakdowns and repairs. We had heard good things about Proactive Home Services so we gave them a try and they were able to fix the problem (this time for good!) at an extremely reasonable rate. Because they were so friendly, professional, and affordable, we signed up for their maintenance program. Twice a year an extremely knowledgeable serviceman (big shout out to Ted!) will come run a diagnostics on our system. I have been using Proactive Services for the past 8 years. They installed my split unit HVAC in my basement, and installed my smart thermostats. I was so pleased with their service I engaged them for an annual HVAC maintenance plan. They come twice a year at the beginning of Heating and AC season to insure everything is working properly. They are also available whenever I need them. The few times I needed repairs their pricing was fair and reasonable, and also discounted because of my maintenance plan.
