Stan the man runs this joint. He is a fantastic barber who always makes my ugly mug more palatable to the general public. I cannot reccomend his services enough. I have been going to him for 10 years , and I have to move soon, and Stan might be what I miss most about the neighborhood. 10/10.

My sons and I have been looking for a new barber to replace our previous who suddenly took ill and died from cancer. The task of replacing our beloved Cher from VIP Barbershop in Baldwin was a sad and painful one. She wasn't just one of the most talented barber/hairstylist. She became our friend. So when we stumbled into the New Galaxy barbershop, we were very nervous. Imagine my relief when I saw my sons' haircuts come out looking so A-okay! My sons have become picky with who cuts their hair and now they won't go anywhere else. Been going here for almost 20 years. Stanley is great, super friendly and professional. I personally would never go to any other barber ever again and I would never take my kids to any other barber. Great family barber, great prices and great location. I would highly recommend!
