I had a great experience with Creative Windows. I had ordered blinds from them years ago, and when I returned, everything was already on file, which made the process so easy. Mike was very responsive both via email and in person, answered all of my questions, and offered helpful suggestions along the way.

Mike was a pleasure to work with. He worked around our schedule, was prompt in coming over and picked up the blind himself. I thought the blind was irreparable and was prepared to pay for a new one but Mike was honest and said that he could fix it and he did! Saved us hundreds of dollars and within 2 weeks our blinds were good as new! Will definitely use this company again
