Just popped in to have my toddler daughter seen for flu symptoms. Fast and seamless check-in. CNA had us in exam room not 5 minutes later, he was kind and friendly and made my ill daughter feel at ease. Within 2 minutes of him leaving the NP, Jane, had arrived. I imagine she must have extensive Peds experience because she was absolutely GREAT with my daughter. No crying or whining despite the multiple intrusive swabs etc. Jane took the time needed to explain the diagnosis, as well as the course of treatment. Really exceptional experience that far exceeded my expectations. Will definitely return as needed.
I was seen quickly by very polite and helpful staff, then medical care was intelligent and helpful. Everything was explained. I had to go across the street to Nyack Hospital for an x-ray, which they arranged.
Sun river health in nyack is a lovely place, with amazing people, I’m so happy to have this place close to my house ! The doctor, Prisca and Beatriz Hurley are amazing people, lovely and very kind, thank you for always being there to help me !Thank you !!!!
