Suzanne at Nyack Kitchens is amazing. Be sure to ask for Suzanne. I interviewed 4 designers before settling on Suzanne. The big difference was that Suzanne listened to us and created a wonderful design so that in our small kitchen we can both be working at the same time, sit down for a meal and access all our materials easily. I have a friend who also used Suzanne and she said the same thing, “Suzanne really listens”. Even after I bought the cabinets Suzanne was there to help. We had to make a change in the plans after demo day and Suzanne had me come right over and she worked things out. This review shall double as a thank you letter to Suzanne, who stayed late with me yesterday evening to complete my kitchen renderings after I changed my mind again! Suzanne has the patience of a saint! I know that she had a family to tend to, but she still stayed past closing time because she knew how much it meant to me, for which I'm incredibly grateful and writing this review. I'm in the development stage, which is always challenging and fraught with second thoughts over color, design, hardware, expense, etc., because this family-centered room is a considerable expense and the center of our family's home.
