I make a appointment I come in 5 minutes before my appointment. I wait another 15 minutes before they start my pedicure. I get my pedicure done to the point where she is about to polish my toes. A white woman walks in says she has a appointment after me. They take her right away. As she stops my pedicure she goes to start the white woman's pedicure. I ask what is going on I had a appointment she says I don't have time to do yours my customer is here. Unprofessional and racist the white woman is superior to I guess to the black woman. I will not ever come back and will tell all of my African American friends as well!!!!

Made an appointment for a pedi and turned up on time. The lady sat me down and got about a quarter of the way through when another appointment walked in. She promptly told me to put both feet in the water and got up and started tending to the other appointment. I sat there for 20 minutes before realizing that I was not going to be helped any further. I was literally just left to soak my feet. So finally I asked. She said "sorry but she had an appointment". Which was very confusing because I also had an appointment and was there first. Got a dip set and a pedicure. No complaints on the pedicure but as a person who has been getting dip nails for YEARS- I have never EVER had chips in my dip nails after just 1 week... do not come here for dip nails. Horrible quality
