Michael Bilica was my realtor with Ellis Sothebys and he did a really great job finding something that was both very nice and affordable.I was looking on my own before calling and after a few weeks I couldn’t find anything even halfway decent within my budget (or that wasn’t a scam online)… He found me several decent and two absolutely ideal places to choose from after only two days actively looking.
