Cornerstone also helped with a plumbing emergency, and the woman on the phone was kind and got Russell to come out that day. Russell was able to fix what someone else wouldn't/couldn't, at a very reasonable price. Russell and Derrick installed a new system after dealing with years of problems from a ten year old Navien. One month in, there have been zero issues. Cornerstone is now a go-to for future issues.
Blake was very responsive on a Friday afternoon and Kevin arrived quickly. He was very nice, professional, explained the problem and had our hot water working in minutes. We really appreciate the prompt service!
Great customer service …thank you goes out to Tom and previous maintenance guy ( who’s name I did not catch).. .working together they got us headed in the right direction to solve our heat pump issues…the office staff was friendly and courteous
i had an emergence repair request and they came out to malone from norwood immediately and took care of my problem. they are 5 stars in my book and i will use them again for my maintenance service in the spring. 100% they also installed my propane furnace a year ago and i am delighted with it. you can't go wrong with cornerstone.
