Russell was able to fix what someone else wouldn't/couldn't, at a very reasonable price. Russell and Derrick installed a new system after dealing with years of problems from a ten year old Navien. One month in, there have been zero issues. Cornerstone is now a go-to for future issues.
Today I had a a well pressure tank and new furnace filter box installed. Russell, the technician was outstanding! He was on time, explained and answered all my questions and informed me when he had to go and pick up parts! He was very professional, he treated my house like it was his home. Everything was picked up when he finished! I feel it was a very fair price. Cornerstone will definitely have any my future business. I hope Russell is the technician assigned the job!
Had an issue with short cycling pump, called Monday afternoon and had someone first thing Tuesday morning. Nate was very good and made several trips up and down our hill and was all resolved by 11AM. Cornerstone is definitely my first call going forward. I really appreciate the call ahead to let me know he was on his way.
Russell was excellent.personable and competent. I have used Cornerstone 2 times now. I am never disappointed. Today my hose pressure wasn't good I called and they were able to assess the problem and fix it before the day was over. All of my plumbing needs were repaired Thank you Russell.
