Have been a customer for many years and have never had any major complaints....and I've never run out of fuel, been low a few times but not out, until today. I've made two phone calls and the last one I was treated as if I was an annoyance and not a paying customer. All I wanted was to confirm I would be on the next delivery schedule. I was under the impression when I signed up for "automatic delivery" I wouldn't run out of fuel or have to hassle with bad customer service in getting a delivery. I do appreciate the many years of service but it seems your quality of customer service is declining rapidly.
