They dont call back. Basement was leaking and explained it was urgent, and not a soul got back to me. They then reached out 5 days later to see if they could come to my house when I found a guy the same day as I needed. 0/10 for urgent issues.

Your guy Ray quoted me $300 to pump out a septic tank at my tenant's cottage. I'm in Florida. He waited a day before going, didn't contact me about "extra " work when he got there, and he charged my tenants $200 more for pipe cleaning. He NEVER called me, the guy making the order and paying for the order, he just ripped my tenants off for $200. I'll end up paying that extra $200. Upon calling for an explanation and a Receipt, Ray hangs up on me, and then refuses to answer his phone. I demanded a receipt from your Norwich office number, I got NOTHING. If I get the same treatment and I do not hear back from you, and if I do not receive the $200 back and a Receipt is not produced, I'm filing complaints with the BBB and the FTC and I'm consulting with an attorney. Your guy Ray is a rip-off artist and your company ripped me off. I demand the $200 back and I demand a RECEIPT! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY MAY NOT BE OPEN FOR LONG.

Called a bunch of others and only got voicemail's Called this guy and he picked up on the second ring and was able to come right out the same day, be here in a few hours i will update my review after the service call is over but right off the bat seems reasonable for price and got me right in!
