This place has a realtor who tried to talk her client out of doing a home inspection. When the agent was told who would be doing the inspection, a very reputable and honest inspector, the realtor tried to talk the client out of the inspection and then proceeded to try and talk the client to use a different inspector that the realtor knew. It did not go the way the realtor had hoped. The inspection came back and it was not good. The realtor filed a fraudulent complaint on the inspector. Do not do business with this place!

I went under contract on a home 70 West St New Berlin through Patrick McNeil. Patrick was representing the seller, I was representing myself. An inspection of the property was needed; I hired Steve at Midstate Home Inspection. After completing the $350 inspection, Steve told me he wasnt able to access 2 foundation walls in the basement due to piles of trash. He also said the water pipes were convoluted. Each faucet in the home had different water pressure, and explained it was the home's issue not a city water issue.
