Never ever ever use Karen Cammarata as your agent, You could not choose worse to represent yourself to buy or sell a house which is what you use an agent for. She is unethical and steers her buyers away from strong due diligence which is the opposite of what an agent should be doing !
Avoid this office, especially Karen Cammarata. Her alleged conduct is highly concerning, that she may have put her personal interests ahead of her clients’ best interests. In general, if a realtor were to file a complaint against an inspector for protecting his clients, that would be particularly troubling. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
This place has a realtor who tried to talk her client out of doing a home inspection. When the agent was told who would be doing the inspection, a very reputable and honest inspector, the realtor tried to talk the client out of the inspection and then proceeded to try and talk the client to use a different inspector that the realtor knew. It did not go the way the realtor had hoped. The inspection came back and it was not good. The realtor filed a fraudulent complaint on the inspector. Do not do business with this place!
