the public defender (wentworth) doesn't actually work for you, he talks you into taking a plea that he has completely lied about, and he almost never returns phone calls. This guy is truly a lazy waste!

Stay out of trouble because if you can't afford a lawyer, the public defender and district attorney will see to it that you get jail time. Good.luck getting a public defender that will actually fight for you. Chenango county jail is a money cow. So stay out of trouble period because they'd love to make money by sending you to jail.
