When I had my house built, I bought an air source heat pump online without really knowing how I would get it installed. The builder wasn't familiar with the requirements, but Dennis Avolio was able to tell us where it had to be installed to work properly and immediately set up an installation appointment. The young man who did the installation, Ben, did an excellent job, even matching the cover for the exterior wiring to the color of my metal roof. Throughout the process, Dennis and Ben were prompt, professional, and pleasant. Dennis even took care of the paperwork so I could get the rebate. I contacted Avolio Brothers regarding a toilet repair. The crew was on time and repaired it to satisfaction. While the guys were there, I asked about replacing a toilet in another bathroom. I was told Dave would get back to me with a price and installation date. I received the estimate for the price of the new toilet and installation. It was extremely reasonable. We set up a date and it was installed without any problems. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for the "lost art of professionalism and experience".
